My topic was (How do people learn by listening, reading, or doing). I chose doing.
My hook was ( Mom please buy me a bike for my birthday next week" Sara begged Nothing else just the bike.)
My topic was, (Convince your principal to whether you would like candy and soda machines in your school)
I wrote I wouldn't want soda and candy machines in our school because adults can't control what you are buying and it might lead to some problems, including diabetes, which is what my hook was about.
I had a topic about whether or not the principal should purchase candy and soda machines for our school, and when you [Ms. Lambard] were telling us about how we shouldn't eat sugar before the test because it made us tired, I wrote about how snack machines have so much sugar that they will make students be on a sugar high and then get tired, then do poorly on tests. Also I wrote about obesity and diabetes.
I have a question;
There was a prompt and it said:
Some people use Reading, Listening, or Doing as a method of learning. Think about a method you like and write about why you like that method.
Would that mean you have to pick one of the three, or any kind of learning?
I think it was any method in particular.
I thought it was any of the three.
My topic was peope learn by reading listening or doing which one do you learn by?
I chose reading
my hook was: Creating a love for reading is a fabulous way to learn.
